Just breathe....

This past Wednesday night we hosted a yoga and wellness seminar at our lululemon athletica Grant avenue store. It was very educational and also gave me a chance to breathe. The focus of the seminar was on taking the time to check in with your body. With all of the work I have been doing and trying to squeeze in runs with Bar Method and normal gym time, it was great to just look inside and feel my breath. I really suggest closing your eyes, taking deep breaths, and just focusing on your breathing. It just makes you feel centered and relaxed. I am so excited for the next on Wednesday night!
